If you’re not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a complete refund*. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we will make it as painless as possible with free return shipping**.

HOW IT WORKS

ITEMS MUST BE:

In new condition, unaltered and free of customer damage
Returned within 10 days of receipt of order
Returned with all accessories
Returned in original packaging

HOW EASY IS THE PROCESS?

IT’S EASY:

Call Customer Service with your purchase information (207-660-4700).
You will be issued an RMA number (returns will not be accepted without an RMA).
You will be emailed a pre-paid return label to print.

PACKAGING:

Remove the original label on the box and replace with the new return UPS label.
You must write the RMA# on the outside of the box near the UPS label.
Drop your package off at any UPS Store or pick-up location.

CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT:

Magnum will credit your original form of payment within 3 business days of the receipt of your return.

Note: While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

FAQ

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT OTHER THAN UPS?

Yes, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If a UPS carrier is not available in your area or you prefer not to use UPS to return your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your own expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
